Maple and Mustard Salmon

YOU WILL NEED

2 Pieces of Salmon

2 tspn Dijon Mustard

2 tspn Wholegrain Mustard

3 tspnMaple Syrup

Salt and Pepper

Lemon to Serve

HOW TO MAKE

  1. Pre-heat Oven to 220 celsius. Lightly grease a baking sheet with oil.

  2. In a small jug or bowl, whisk together mustards, syrup and oil.

  3. Pat salmon dry. Season well with salt and pepper on the skin side; season lightly on the opposite side.

  4. Lay salmon skin side down on the prepared baking sheet. Rub the top with the maple mustard sauce. Cook for 8-10 minutes.

  5. Remove skin if desired. Serve with Lemon and vegetables/salad of your choice.
